📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Guest Experience & Service: Keep shelves and displays well organized, properly stocked and free of expired or damaged products. Assist guests and respond courteously to questions and concerns.
Inventory & Stock Control: Receive and inspect deliveries, ensure product quality and freshness, accurately price, stock, rotate and merchandise items. Maintain clean and organized back-stock areas.
Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, package and dispatch orders for curbside pickup, delivery and other business channels as required.
Financial Performance & Cost Control: Report out-of-stock items, product shortages and waste to the Supervisor in a timely manner.
Operational Support: Perform additional related duties as assigned to support departmental goals and overall store operations.

👤 YOU HAVE:
Two (2) CXC passes.
A minimum of one (1) year’s experience in a similar role.
Supermarket experience.
Strong customer service and communication skills.

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and freshness.

📅 WORK REQUIREMENT:
Must be able to work on a Shift Basis including public holidays and weekends.
