Job Purpose
To provide technical assistance in the form of data management, collection, compilation, retrieval, analyses, and reporting to support team members.
Key Accountabilities
• Prepares information/Data presentation and representation using specified data collection methods, techniques and formats.
• Collates data sets and reports to support value optimization activities.
• Collates/updates data sets and reports to support the functioning and activities of the department.
• Prepares documents for approvals, decision making and to support technical meetings.
• Provides technical and administrative support to team members in the execution of the Department’s activities.
• Generates technical documentation in a consistent standard utilizing appropriate computer software.
• Prepares minutes of technical meetings and monitor subsequent identified actions.
• Monitors, reviews, prepares supporting data for financial payments to third parties.
• Updates and maintains performance data and other performance related reports.
• Maintains filing system (digital and/or hard copy).
• Prepares, maintains, distributes, tracks technical files.
• Supports the department with all data requests, documents and monitoring requirements.
• Undertakes any other assignments required from time to time, to fulfil the job purpose

Minimum Qualifications
• Technician’s Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration
Minimum Experience
• A minimum of two (2) years’ related experience
