JOB TITLE: Fleet Sales Representative
LOCATION: Barataria Branch
EMPLOYER: Toyota Trinidad and Tobago Limited

Overview
The Fleet Sales Representative will be responsible for growing sales volume and expanding corporate business through continued prospecting, maintaining existing customer base, and providing high levels of customer service.

Main Tasks
* Sales & Business Development: Maximize sales volume and generate new business through continuous prospecting and achieving monthly targets.
* Customer Relationship Management: Maintain key accounts, strengthen client relationships, serve as a communication link with internal teams, and ensure high-quality, timely service delivery.
* Support & Administration: Handle CRM updates, process quotes/orders, resolve complaints, prepare reports using key account metrics, review accounts receivable, and apply the REA philosophy.

* Communication & Training: Effectively present information to stakeholders and continuously improve skills and product knowledge through training to handle any other related duties.
Minimum Education & Qualifications
* Degree: Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration.
* Technical Practices: Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
* Sales Track Record: Proven track record in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
* Core Competencies: Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Industry Experience: Experience in the motor vehicle sales industry will be an asset.
* Sales Experience: Experience in commercial sales with industrial sales experience.
* Product Knowledge: Product knowledge of the Toyota Brand will be an asset.
