Job Summary
Lead the delivery of responsive, effective human resource services that support MTS employees, strengthen managerial capability and advance the Company’s workforce objectives.
What You Will Do
Coordinate manpower planning, recruitment, selection and talent management.
Oversee HR administration, employee benefits, leave, records and performance management processes.
Advise managers on employee relations, disciplinary matters and employment practices.
Support HR policy development, legal compliance and organisational change.
Coach and guide HR staff and contribute to workforce development and retention.
What You Will Bring
BSc in Human Resource Management and certification in Labour Relations.
At least five (5) years’ progressive human resource management experience, including at least three (3) years in a senior HR management position.
Experience in collective bargaining and labour negotiations in a unionised environment.
Demonstrated leadership of teams and ability to advise a broad range of stakeholders.
Strong HR systems knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are desirable.
