Job Summary
Lead construction and capital projects from planning through completion, ensuring sound technical delivery, effective cost control and high standards of quality and safety.

What You Will Do

Develop project plans, schedules, specifications and resource requirements.
Coordinate designs, tender documentation, evaluations, contractors and consultants.
Oversee construction activities, budgets, progress reporting and project delivery.
Maintain productive relationships with clients and statutory authorities.
Ensure compliance with applicable construction regulations and occupational safety and health standards.

What You Will Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
At least five (5) years’ project management experience involving large construction or commercial projects.
Certification in Occupational Safety and Health and working knowledge of construction safety practices.
Knowledge of relevant construction laws, project management methods and tools, including Microsoft Project.
