Job Summary
Help strengthen the quality, consistency and reliability of MTS services by assessing performance, monitoring standards and driving practical improvements.

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain quality standards, procedures and performance measures.
Conduct facility inspections and service audits against agreed scopes of work.
Analyse service quality results and follow up on corrective actions.
Work with operational teams and clients to address service gaps and enhance customer satisfaction.
Support continuous improvement, quality benchmarking and relevant certifications.

What You Will Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
At least seven (7) years’ experience in facilities or service operations, including exposure to quality assurance.
Strong inspection, analytical, reporting and client engagement skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
A quality-related certification, such as ASQ Quality Manager, would be an asset.
