INVENTORY MANAGER

Location: Piarco | Department: Operations

Role Summary

Lead accurate inventory control across warehouse, retail and operational locations. Reduce shrinkage, waste, damages and stock variances while strengthening processes, reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•  Own inventory accuracy across warehouse, retail and operational sites.

•  Control and reduce shrinkage, waste, damages and stock variances.

•  Strengthen inventory processes, reporting and compliance.

•  Use WMS, SMS or inventory-management systems to track stock movement and balances.

•  Investigate variances and support asset protection and loss-prevention efforts.

•  Lead and guide inventory or warehouse personnel as required.

•  Prepare inventory reports and keep management informed of stock position and risk.

Requirements

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Business, Logistics or a related field

•  Intermediate Microsoft Office / Excel skills

•  WMS, SMS or inventory-management system experience preferred

•  Strong analytical, investigative, communication and problem-solving skills

•  High integrity and attention to detail

Experience

•  Minimum 3 years in inventory management, inventory control, warehouse operations or a similar role

•  Retail, supermarket or high-volume inventory experience

•  Experience leading inventory or warehouse personnel

•  Asset protection, loss prevention and shrink-reduction experience is an asset
