Job Purpose
To facilitate programmes, projects and maintenance activities across the business units in a cost effective, safe and reliable manner.
Key Accountabilities
Develops preventative maintenance schedules, instructions and procedures for the preventative maintenance of non-operational facilities.
Provide expertise based on technical requirements and cost projections related to pre-budget planning for the Business Units pertaining to upgrades, retrofits and standardization of non-operational facilities.
Prepares scope of works and variations for contracted maintenance services, inclusive of architectural drawings and bills of quantities and Initiate procurement process by using organization approved software.
Evaluates maintenance requests, sets priorities and assigns work assignments and provides feedback to the customers.
Oversees maintenance services for work/office spaces, guest houses/training facilities, recreational/residential buildings, grounds, roadways and car parks, including janitorial services.
Conducts audits and inspects facilities to ensure maintenance is in keeping with established safety and regulatory standards with adherence to Control of Works procedure Coordinates tasks associated with projects and/or routine maintenance for the assets across the business units.
Develops and generates reports to assist in the tracking of maintenance tasks.
Ensures compliance with best practice related to the oil and gas industry.
Undertakes any other assignments required from time to time, to fulfil the job purpose.

Job Specifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Electrical Engineering.
Minimum Experience
A minimum of five (5) years’ facilities management experience with at least three (3) years in the oil and gas industry.
